I had a frustrating experience with management's lack of assistance. They were dismissive when I raised concerns about the cleanliness of my room and the availability of clean towels. It was disheartening to find hair and stains on my bedding. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I also noticed some noise from the corridors, especially during morning hours. this can disrupt a good night's sleep if you're a light sleeper. One more thing—if you leave valuables out, you might want to keep them tucked away since there's been chatter about missing items in the rooms. Lastly, although I didn't face issues myself, other guests reported slow check-ins, particularly when dealing with less experienced front desk staff.
